Ginkgo biloba health benefits
Sometimes referred to as the fossil tree, Ginkgo biloba has been used for thousands of years in traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of dementia, sexual dysfunction and blood clots.

Many Ginkgo biloba treatments are based on the use of the leaf of the tree. However, as some are based on using the nut of the tree, anyone with nut allergies should avoid these. Also the nuts are mildly toxic so it should not be taken in high doses over prolonged periods
Headache, nausea,
gastrointestinal upset, diarrhea, dizziness, or allergic skin
reactions. More severe allergic reactions have occasionally been
reported.
There is some evidence to suggest that ginkgo can increase bleeding
risk, so people who take anticoagulant drugs, have bleeding disorders,
or have scheduled surgery or dental procedures should use caution and
talk to a health care provider if using ginkgo
Adult tincture dosage:
Based on a herb to alcohol ratio tincture of 1:3 take 1ml to 2ml three times a day
